Yes. The Free plan gives you 15 GB of storage with search, sorting, and 3 file embeds. No credit card required, no time limit. AI-powered semantic search and document chat are available on the Premium plan.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You won't be able to upload new files until you free up space or upgrade your plan. Your existing files remain accessible and are never deleted automatically.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at kenny@ketryon.com.
